A smaller DOF makes the forward subjects more in focus.
A small aperture lessens the DOF.
a Large aperture enlarges the DOF.
Closer to the subject makes the subject blurrier and makes the DOF smaller.
Farther from subject makes the subject smaller but more in focus and makes the DOF larger.
Zooming in makes the subject blurrier and DOF smaller.
Zooming out makes the subject smaller and the DOF larger.
