Caption: This canoe was built by the carving class during 2007. This is a traditional canoe, apart from the finish put onto it to keep it in good condition. It sits in the freshman hall and commons. This was built as a project to keep the carving class happy. The canoe shows what a class can do with its time.

Which picture did you like best?
Pros:
Nice and complete caption.
You captured the canoe from a few different angles
Rule of thirds was used in some of the photos.
Cons
A great deal of distractions in the photo. Lockers, ceilings, lights, braces, the sign on it, etc.
Tough photo task as you can't get close to or above the canoe.
To eliminate the distractions you would need to be right on top of the canoe. Taking a photo very close from the bow perhaps.
They were all good photos as Hiller said some had a little bit of distractions like the lockers in the bottom portion of the screen. But since it was so close to the roof it was hard to get multiple angles.
Nice photos. i think that you could have gotten some different angles. not that the angles aren't different, but some really different angles. I love the subject that you used. it makes me think of Natives traveling, traveling down a river to a fight or something. maybe ore rule of thirds could have been used. great job though.
There are a lot of distractions in this photo. Lights, lockers, and even the ceiling are a little annoying. The photo also isn't close enough.
I like the different angles, and also the caption.
